Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through our website (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, and as such, we cannot issue refunds after a purchase has been made.

Exceptions

While our general policy is that all sales of digital products are final, we understand that exceptions may be necessary in certain cases. We may provide a refund or exchange in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Corrupted File: If the digital file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete and cannot be accessed or used, we will provide a replacement file or issue a refund. To request a refund in this case, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase, providing full details of the issue and any error messages you encountered. We will promptly investigate the problem and take appropriate action.

  2. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase amount. Please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction within 7 days of the purchase.

  3. Incorrect Product Delivery: In the event that you receive a different digital product than what you purchased, we will rectify the situation by providing the correct product or offering a refund if the correct product cannot be delivered.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at sales@moneyminded247.com. In your request, please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order or transaction number
  • A detailed description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment or provide the correct digital product as needed.

Responsibility of the Customer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have the appropriate software and device compatibility to access and use the digital product before making a purchase. We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatibility or user error.

We also encourage customers to back up their digital downloads. Once a product is downloaded, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.

Download Access and Expiry

Once a digital product is purchased, you will have access to download the product within a specific timeframe mentioned on the product page. If you are unable to download the file within this period, please contact us for assistance. Please note that we may not be able to provide download access after the expiration period unless otherwise specified.
